We all want to have a bright white smile. In general, coffee, tobacco, soft drinks, bad cleaning habits, and legacies stain teeth and give them a yellowish color. Several remedies can help you whiten your teeth, but a cure has results from the first application. You can repeat it once a week until you get the results you want, then you have to rest for a few months.
This whitening tip is not recommended for people with tooth decay or sensitive gums. Take a toothpaste, add a teaspoon of baking soda, one of hydrogen peroxide and half of the water. Mix well and brush for two minutes. Rinse and brush your teeth with your ordinary paste.
Three basic guidelines for having a white smile.
- 1. Wet your brush with warm water and put a few drops of lemon. Brush and rinse. Do this at night for three days. Remember this procedure is not recommended for sensitive teeth.
- 2. Take toothpaste (preferably whitening) and add baking soda and brush your teeth. Repeat for two weeks twice a day.
- 3. Mix a little mouthwash, less than half a tablespoon of 11-volume hydrogen peroxide and a little baking soda. Use it to rinse your mouth at night, but it is important not to drink it. You can use it for 2 weeks.
