Salads
Salads are an appetizer that opens one’s main meal. They usually contain different vegetables and are decorated with a distinctive marinade. This article has different recipes for salads with a new ingredient, avocado. Avocado contains important nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, and others.
Avocado salad
Ingredients
- Two avocados, peeled, peeled, and chopped.
- 1 onion, sweet, chopped.
- Sweet green pepper, cut into cubes.
- A grain of chopped tomatoes.
- Quarter cup finely chopped fresh coriander
- Juice of half a grain of lemon green.
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
How to prepare
- Put all the ingredients in a medium bowl with stirring, and dazzle with salt and black pepper.
Persian avocado salad
Ingredients
- Four tomatoes, diced.
- Two avocado pieces, thinly sliced.
- A clove of garlic, mashed.
- Three tablespoons of chopped red onion.
- Six veins of chopped coriander.
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
- A piece of green lemon cut into thin rings.
How to prepare
- Mix the ingredients as in the previous recipe, and garnish with lemon rings.
Avocado salad with cold cucumber
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of cucumber cut into cubes.
- A small spoon of salt.
- Half a cup of chopped red onions.
- A small piece of chopped sweet red pepper.
- Two grains of squeezed green lemon, and some of the brushed crusts.
- Quarter cup finely chopped fresh coriander
- A tablespoon of white sugar.
- Half a teaspoon of curry powder.
- Four drops of chili sauce.
- 2 peeled avocados, chopped.
How to prepare
- Place the cucumber in a strainer over the sink, sprinkle it with salt, and set aside until the water comes out.
- Mix the ingredients other than avocado in a salad bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves.
Avocado and strawberry salad
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons white sugar.A quarter cup of olive oil.
- Four teaspoons of honey.
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
- A teaspoon of lemon juice.
- Two cups of green salad vegetables, lettuce, watercress, parsley, coriander, and watercress, as available.
- Peeled avocado, peeled, and chopped.
- 10 pieces of chopped strawberries.
- Half a cup of chopped pecans.
Avocado and beet salad
Ingredients
- A grain of avocado.
- A grain of orange.
- Half a cup of feta cheese.

How to prepare
- Boil the beetroot in boiling water until it is fully cooked, then after it cools, peel and cut into cubes.
- Peel the avocados and oranges and cut them into cubes of equal size.
- Carefully cut the feta cheese into small cubes so they don’t crumble.
- Put all the ingredients in the serving dish and mix them carefully and then add lemon juice, olive oil, and white pepper.
- Garnish the dish with chopped walnuts.
