Easy delicious Banana cheesecake

here is how to make banana cheesecake easily at home.


  • 300 g of speculate biscuits
  • 65 g melted butter

For filling:

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 40 cl whipping cream
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 8 cl of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 2 teaspoons of powdered gelatin
  • 3 cs of water

For garnish:

  • 2 bananas
  • 75 g of butter
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 8 cl of rum


Preparing the base:
Start by first crumbling the cookie either by crushing it in a food bag using the rolling pin or using your robot.
Then pour the crushed biscuit into a salad bowl and mix it with the melted butter.
Then pour the whole in a mold and press well at the bottom, put your mold in the fridge.

Preparing the filling:
First, pour the cream cheese into a bowl, whisk using your electric mixer.
Then add the sugar and continue beating.
Add the whipping cream, lemon juice, vanilla and rum and continue to whisk to mix.
Pour the water into a bowl, add the powdered gelatin and put in the microwave for 25 seconds.
Add the gelatin mixture to the bowl, mix and remove the pan from the fridge and pour over the biscuit base.
Spread with the spatula and put it back in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Preparing the filling:
First, melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Then add the brown sugar, mix, add the rum and cook for 4 minutes.
Then add the banana slices and stir for 3 minutes until tender and let your garnish cool for a moment.
Finally and during the service, bring out your cheesecake and put on top your garnish, cut and serve
