This Sunday, I’ll meet you to share 3 recipes healthy and delicious Brownies! They each have a special ingredient for you to choose the one that makes you want or even to test the 3! For my part, I have a big preference for the last because its texture is just sublime!
Sweet potato brownie
This brownie is always unanimous! Without flour, with a low glycemic index thanks to the sweet potato, it is perfect as a snack or dessert! The sweet potato is imperceptible in the mouth and gives the cake its softness For a Vegan version you can very well remove the eggs.
- 250g cooked sweet potato
- 70g of dark chocolate minimum 70%
- 2 tablespoons of date syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 good handful of almonds and/or nuts
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Preheat the oven to 180 °. Mix the almonds/nuts. Melt in bain-marie chocolate. Cook sweet potatoes in water for about 30 minutes (depending on the size). Remove the skin from the sweet potatoes and mix them with the eggs, the melted coconut oil and the date syrup to obtain a nice smooth and homogeneous pasta. Once the chocolate is melted, add the sweet potato puree mixture. Finally, add the last ingredients yeast, bicarbonate and almonds/walnuts. Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold with coconut oil. Bake 30 minutes!
Brownie with avocado
This second recipe is rich in fat (good fat!). Avocado replaces butter or oil. Its texture is very soft and light. I really like this version too! The avocado marries divinely well with chocolate.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 180g of dark chocolate minimum 70% of cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 50g of cane sugar
- 40g of semi-complete wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 40g of rice flour
- 1 good handful of nuts
Preheat the oven to 180 °. Mix the nuts and reserve them. Remove the flesh of 2 avocados and mix with the 2 eggs. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Let it cool for a few minutes before adding the avocado puree. Then add the two flours and the yeast. Mix well. Finally, incorporate the mixed nuts. Pour everything into a rectangular dish “buttered” with coconut oil and bake for … minutes (it depends on the oven so check well)
Brownie with red beans
This brownie is totally surprising and by far my favorites! Rich in protein and fiber. Without gluten and lactose, of course, its texture is just crazy! Moist, melting and at the same time sparkling. It is simply tasty! I strongly recommend you to test, you will be surprised For a Vegan version, you can replace the eggs with a banana.
- 250g cooked red beans
- 150g of dark chocolate 70%
- 40g of cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5cl of vegetable milk
- 1 good handful of almonds and / or nuts (optional)
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Preheat the oven to 180 °. First mix the nuts and / or almonds and reserve. Then mix the red beans with the milk and the eggs to obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Add the red bean mixture, sugar, yeast and chocolate bicarbonate. Then mix everything, adding last nuts. Pour the dough into a rectangular dish “buttered” with coconut oil and bake for 25 minutes!
I recommend you wait 1 to 2 hours before unmolding and enjoy! You can also put it cool because cold, it is excellent!
